Overview
Franklin Development Corporation approved a $33,000 direct investment grant to Discovery Downtown Franklin to build a structure for art in the Artcraft Alley area. This structure will be freestanding and have 200 fabric stars connected that will represent the communities of Johnson County as we celebrate the Bicentennial next year. When this display is finished, other art designs can be placed on the structure.
